News image

Mars, one of the world’s largest food producers, plans to make 100% of its packaging recyclable by 2025. This goal has already been achieved so far, as currently more than 90% of the products’ packaging is recyclable. The company is optimizing its packaging by making it lighter and thinner without compromising safety.

Another key priority for Mars is increasing consumers’ awareness of environment-related issues. The company collaborates with NGOs, governments, and the wider industries, in order to educate people on responsible disposal of packaging and promote litter education.
