Study on the way of eating and flexitarianism in Bulgaria

At Danone, we believe that promoting sustainable food practices is critical to our health, as well as the health of our planet. For this reason, the company once again conducted its "Flexi Survey", related to flexitarianism as a way of eating and the behavior of the Bulgarian consumer. The survey reveals that 60% of the population has tried plant-based products and 28% are regular consumers (at least 1-2 times a week). In addition, the survey shows a growing interest in flexitarianism among Bulgarians, with the number of people following this diet increasing by almost 10% over the past year.
