How the company makes sustainable development part of its culture, tells Jacqueline Tsocheva, Director of Corporate Communications, Regulatory Affairs and Sustainable Development at Coca-Cola
Mrs. Tsocheva, could you share your personal philosophy regarding sustainable development and how it intersects with the values of Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria?
For me, sustainability is a matter of daily choice and, above all, personal responsibility. I believe that every day, each of us can do something – be it small or large – that leaves a positive mark. When this understanding becomes first a personal attitude, and then part of the way we work, it naturally becomes part of the company’s culture – and that’s where real change comes from.
This philosophy is at the heart of everything we do at Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria. For us, sustainability is not a separate project, but a way of thinking embedded in every business decision – from how we produce our drinks and manage resources, to how we support the people and communities in which we work. We believe that true success only makes sense when it goes hand in hand with responsibility and care – towards nature, society and those after us.
