Nestlé brings together its occupational safety policies in a year-long project

"Nestle" unites its policies for safety in a large-scale year-round project aimed at achieving a zero accident rate, the company's branch in Bulgaria announced.

According to Nestlé's statistics, in 2022 the most numerous occupational accidents are in the USA, France and Mexico, the fewest are those in Italy and Malta, and the countries of Eastern Europe, including Bulgaria, are in the middle of the ranking. Among the most common causes of occupational accidents are first and foremost incidents related to slipping, falling or tripping on stairs and narrow corridors in buildings (23 per cent), followed by working with hand tools and sharp objects and working with machinery and equipment ( 10 percent).
